Thermostatic mixing valve
A thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) is a valve that blends hot water with cold water to ensure constant, safe shower and bath outlet temperatures, these valves should be calibrated/serviced in order to protect the vulnerable against scalding.
We can carry out the following services:
- Servicing, Calibration and Failsafe testing of existing TMV valves. All servicing carried out in accordance to HSG274, Acop L8 and DO8 and HTM 04-01 specifications.
- Repairs to existing valves where economically viable.
- Supply and installation of new or replacement valves.
